Middle school science teachers use a guide compiled by Amphitheater teachers and the AZ Dept of Education Deeper Dive Curriculum Committee. It is a living guide that changes and adapts as data indicates, and scientific advancements are made. These instructional materials are inquiry-based and phenomenon-driven. The Middle School Science Guide consists of Units for grades 6-8 in the areas of Physical Science, Earth & Space Science and Life Science.
