Welcome to the Amphitheater Public Schools Benefits portal
Welcome to the Amphitheater Public Schools Employee Benefits Center, your online employee benefits manual. This site has been created to provide you with an efficient way to obtain information and answers to your questions regarding your employee benefit plans on a 24/7 basis.
Your benefits are an important part of your total compensation, so we invite you to familiarize yourself with details of these plans and encourage you to seek clarification when necessary. Our goal is to empower you through this tool to meet your specific needs, as well as enhance your understanding of our benefit program. Specifically, you will have access to the various benefit summaries, forms, and links to important sites. Benefits are effective the first of the month after 30 calendar days of employment, or 30 calendar days of a position change impacting FTE. For instance, if a new hire starts employment on October 15, benefits are effective December 1. If there is a position change impacting FTE status effective October 15, benefits begin December 1.

New Hire Employee Notification-Required Notices – Your enrollment in our online system is also an acknowledgment that we have provided you with this important New Hire Employee Notice of Required Notices.
- Have you experienced a family status change or changed your address? Please let the benefits team know ASAP. For instance, if you have a qualifying FSC, please provide documents of the FSC, and notify Benefits within 30 days of the FSC, we might be able to work with you to change coverage.
