Voices of Hope: Voices from our Noble Heritage
By Howard Rainer
"Happiness or depression; the thrill of victory or the agony of defeat. Each of us in our lives experiences highs and lows. Life has a way of delivering both. But we, as individuals and as a people, do not need to be either confined or defined by what happens to us, or how we feel about it. We are bigger than the things that happen to us."
