Welcome to the Ironwood Ridge HS REACH program! The most important information is that I am here for you - to support your high school journey and help you make decisions that create confidence, courage, and joy as you contemplate your future. My door is always open. The nature of my role means that I may be teaching in a classroom, meeting with students, or creating opportunities in the community for YOU! Send me an email at smiller1@amphi.com to make an appointment, or stop by my classroom in Room A254.

Honors Seminar meets every Thursday in ROOM A254. Our first class meeting will be on Thursday, August 11th.  Students will receive an email regarding our weekly meeting time.

Honors Capstone meets every 2nd Wednesday in ROOM A254, with options to meet at least one more time monthly. Most meetings for Honors Capstone take place 1:1 with Mrs. Miller due to the nature of the student-created Passion Project. Our first class meeting will be on Wednesday, August 10th.  Students will receive an email regarding meeting times.

    NOTES:

REACH students have an 'automatic pass' to see me for any reason (academic help, social-emotional support, post-secondary planning, etc.). I recommend that students come to my classroom during the passing period, and I will write them a pass to return to class. Students may also request a pass from their classroom teacher to come to my classroom for consultation.

Due to the nature of my role, I am in my classroom, on campus, or off-campus throughout the week.

During office hours, I reply to emails within 2 hours; I am available to students after hours via text/email/ZOOM as needed.

I always respond to emails within 24 hours.  If you do not receive a response, I did not receive your email.
